NLD Empowering You (you can call us NLD) was founded by Will and Nancy in 2021 with one clear purpose: to make sure no one walks their journey alone.

As an Irish-Asian founding duo, Will and Nancy bring together cultures rooted in strength, compassion, family, and deep community values. Their personal and professional experiences have shaped their understanding of what it means to face challenges, advocate for others, and show up with genuine care.

They know that living with disability can feel isolating. That’s why NLD was created — to provide real connection, culturally respectful support, and care that helps people feel seen, heard, and valued.

With a calm and grounded approach, Will and Nancy believe support should reflect each person’s goals, values, choices, and individuality. Their focus is on building trust, encouraging confidence, and empowering people to live life on their own terms.
